Severe Weather Outbreak Likely for Groundhog Day!

The conditions appear to be coming together for what could be a significant severe weather outbreak on Tuesday, February 2nd across parts of the Tennessee Valley down towards the northern Gulf Coast. The Storm Prediction center has already outlined an “enhanced” severe risk area for parts of central and western Tennessee and northern Mississippi, extreme eastern Arkansas and northwest Alabama. This includes major cities like Nashville, Jackson, and Memphis in Tennessee. In Mississippi places like Tupelo, Greenwood, Yazoo City, and Greenville are going to be under the gun.
