Seriously! More Snow?

February 9, 2015 Forecasting Winter Weather 0

Another snowstorm is plowing its way across the northeast to start this week. If places like Boston, Manchester, and Albany have not seen enough of the white flakes, more is going to be falling.  Since Saturday they have had over a foot of snow fall in Boston. The snow should start to taper off by Tuesday morning. Boston could see an additional 5-8″ fall today and the surrounding areas will receive between 1-5″. By the time the snow stops falling Boston could have nearly 2 feet on the ground. US2-9-2015Winter Storm warnings are in effect for much of upstate New York, New Hampshire, Vermont, and all of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. Another storm system is setting up across the northern plain states from Montana into North Dakota. That too will make its way eastward and affect some of these same places by the weekend.  More snow ahead for the Great Lakes and the Northeast!
